Womens Menopause
Womens menopause is, perhaps, one of the worst things that a woman goes through in her lifetime. For other women, it is barely noticeable. This is also known as the change of life as it occurs after there has been a twelve month period where a woman has had no menstrual cycle. While this begins when a woman is in her late thirties, it is typically not completed until a woman has reached the age of fifty. A woman will still have a menstrual cycle up to this point but they will most likely become less regular and the intensity of them will change.
Womens menopause symptoms range in severity from mild to debilitating. Hot flashes are the number one symptom which can go from being mildly over warm to burning up and dripping wet with sweat. Mood swings also attack the menopausal woman, sometimes with a vengeance. Being unable to sleep as well as having night sweats can make for a very exhausted woman. Vaginal dryness can make intercourse uncomfortable and not pleasurable. A woman’s once beautiful hair now starts to thin and her breasts lose their fullness. It is easy to see why this is a rather difficult period in a woman’s life but she can beat it if she comes out swinging.
Womens menopause can cause all sorts of feelings of depression by fearing that their lives are over, that they are no longer beautiful and desirable. Nothing could be further from the truth! Women of menopausal age can be just as beautiful and desirable as they were in their twenties, even more so! These women are now of an age where they know just what they want in life and there will be no game playing. There is a new awareness of how important life is and how vital the need to live it to the fullest has become. They do not want to miss a thing.
Womens menopause can actually cause them to begin truly living for the first time. Yes, they do see that the road to the future is a bit shorter, but now they also understand that they need to travel as much of it as they can. It is now time to stop putting off all those things they have always wanted to do in life. They realize they must get moving or they may never have the chance to do these things at all. Menopausal women are wise, wonderful, and beautiful.
