Thanksgiving holidays usually get a back seat to other holidays such as Christmas or New Year’s. However, to many people Thanksgiving is a very important holiday and is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest. There are many delicious dishes prepared for this meal. Sometimes the cooking and preparation will start days ahead of time, depending on just how many people will be attending the dinner. For large families, the women consider it a privilege to cook for their men as well as the rest of the relatives. There are also many recipes that are brought out JUST for this occasion.
