Switching To Eco-Friendly Living
March 19th, 2009Just so you know the earth is the only place the human race has. Forget about your fantasies of living in Mars because there just seems to be no hope with that in the near future. And never again think that you can just live on a space ship anytime soon. Do you seriously want to float in space and eat your capsular meal? That is simply a no-no right? Then why are you still throwing so much trash? Why is it that you still use your car when you go to the store which is in the third house after yours? Well, isn’t it supposedly your role to help preserve the environment?
There seems to be so little waning light that tells the human race that it will live after a few more decades. Just look at the pollution the industries produce every year. Think about the number of trees being cut down for industrial purposes. Just think how many animals are left without a home to live in. every single human is a culprit to that mortal sin of acting the superior being. But then you know it is never too late, you can still act on the eco-friendly living.
Eco-friendly living is simply stated in the now popular expression, but on a lighter note, go green! Yes eco-friendly living is when you act like human, one of the organisms of the Earth and not the superior one. How are you supposed to live the eco-friendly living?
• Reduce, reuse and recycle. Reduce your garbage or waste disposal. Reuse those that you can still use and recycle those you find still useful. This attitude is very important to begin with. The most immediate thing that comes to mind when talking about pollution is always garbage so why not reduce the garbage you throw?
• Go for the natural stuff. Synthetic things are everywhere. Plastics, chemically induced materials these are all harmful to the environment. Most of these are non-biodegradable thus very dangerous to the environment.
• Live green. Care for Mother Earth. You can stop using the line “I don’t have a green thumb.” Plant more trees. Have a garden. It really helps that you create a greener Earth.
• Remember that it all boils down to attitude. No matter how much you try when you don’t do these things with the right heart, you will never succeed. Eco-friendly living basically is having the heart for it.
• Spread the word. Let other people know it too. Make them see the positive effects if they join into the eco-friendly living craze. For sure that will be better and happier.
